Almonds are a healthy nut with countless nutritional properties. Vegan Bear Chef invites you to learn how to make the most of them to create delicious plant-based alternatives to use in the kitchen! Starting from natural almonds, we prepare together the milk from which we will obtain the ricotta. With the waste okara, we will prepare a seasoning for pasta and other dishes instead. Finally, I will give you many suggestions on how to use the ricotta drain whey, so we won’t have any waste! Curious about how to use the ricotta obtained? We will also have space to share recipes and tips!

Preparing almond ricotta is simple and no special equipment is needed. At the end of the workshop, we will use the ricotta obtained to prepare and taste some snacks!
